• Profile data: company/stall details, state, city, brochures, logos, QR codes, booth location.
• Usage data: QR scans, card visits, lead captures, timestamps, device/browser metadata.
• Leads: visitor details you share with exhibitors or capture via QR/forms.
• Support and security logs: error logs, audit trails, consent records.

2. How we use your data

• To provide sign-in, dashboard, QR cards, brochures, and lead management features.
• To generate QR codes and allow visitors to scan, save, and share contact details.
• To send in-app notifications and optional emails about leads or account activity.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve performance and reliability.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Service providers (hosting, email, analytics) under data-protection obligations.
• Other users when you intentionally share (e.g., visitors sharing details with exhibitors).
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.

4. Retention

We keep data while your account is active or as needed for legal, security, and audit purposes. You may request deletion; some logs may remain where legally required.

5. Your choices

• Access/Update: edit your profile and organization details in settings.
• Delete: request account deletion; this removes your profile and leads you own, subject to legal holds.
• Consent: you can withdraw consent and stop using the service; disable camera permissions to stop QR scanning.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and audit logs. No method is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and keep devices safe.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed in regions where our cloud providers operate, subject to contractual protections.
