Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refunds and cancellations are handled for ExpoDigi services.

1. Scope

This policy covers paid subscriptions or services offered by ExpoDigi, if applicable. Free tiers are not eligible for refunds.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the current billing cycle ends.

3. Refunds

  • We generally do not issue refunds for partial billing periods.
  • In cases of duplicate charges or proven billing errors, we will review and process a refund where appropriate.
  • Promotional or trial periods are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. How to request

For billing issues, contact admin@expodigi.in with your account email, invoice/transaction ID, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 7 business days.

5. Timelines

Approved refunds will be initiated within 10 business days. The time to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exceptions

  • Abuse, violations of our Terms, or fraudulent activity may forfeit eligibility.
  • Third-party fees (e.g., payment processor charges) may be non-refundable.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated in-app or via email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
