1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ExpoDigi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Permitted use

• Use ExpoDigi for lawful business/visitor engagement purposes.
• No misuse: no spam, malware, reverse engineering, scraping, or interference with the platform.
• Respect intellectual property and privacy rights of others.

4. Content

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it to deliver the service. You represent you have rights to the content and that it is lawful and non-infringing.

5. Payments

If paid features exist, applicable fees, billing cycles, and taxes will be communicated in-app. Non-payment may result in suspension.

6. Data & privacy

Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to that processing.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

8. Warranties & disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Use at your own risk.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExpoDigi is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to security/operations. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
